Frequently asked questions

WHEN IS THE IDEAL TIME TO SECURE MY WEDDING DATE?

Due to high demand, especially in the peak season months of April to November, it's advisable to secure your wedding date 12-24 months ahead. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and a deposit is necessary to secure and reserve your chosen date.

What is required to book my wedding?

In order to reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are necessary. Initiating an inquiry will not secure any dates; it is only after both the deposit and contract are received that your date will be blocked off. Contact me today, and I will provide you with all the necessary details!

Do you have an assistant?

I limit myself to a maximum of 8 services at a time. If your bridal party requires 9 or more services, you may need to consider hiring a second stylist.

Do you offer on-site locations or do I come to you?

All on-site wedding and event services include travel, incurring a fee of 0.95$ per km round trip.

Will you travel out of province?

For locations more than 250 km from Montreal, QC, travel expenses will be assessed at the time of booking and may include hotel accommodation, kilometer expenses or Uber fare, flight costs, and meals during the stay.

Do you have a minimum service requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum requirement of Bride + 2 services on weddings scheduled Friday through Sunday. This condition applies exclusively to day-of wedding services.

Do you accept all payment types?

I accept payments through Interac e-transfer and cash. All services must be paid in a single transaction.

Is my trial run included?

A trial run is not included in your package and is a separate service. The rate for your trial run is based on current pricing at the time of booking.

How many styles are included with my trial run?

Your trial run includes one style. Small adjustments can be made to meet your preferences. Additional styles will incur a fee of $50 each.

What do I need to do to prep my hair?

To prepare for your service, wash your hair the night before and avoid using oily products or heat. If anyone in your bridal party has frizzy or curly hair, it has to be smoothed before my arrival. Ensure that nobody's hair is wet.

How long do your services take?

I dedicate up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for Brides and approximately 45 minutes for Bridesmaids, Moms, etc.
